Our studio is a large open space that is perfect for the foryour private event.  Have a networking event and you need a space that can be set up exactly for your needs and access to a kitchen?  Come check us out.  We also have a great space for bridal showers, baby showers, and any other type of party that you want to host.  We also host continuing education classes for all industries.

Our large 1200 sq ft. event space is perfect for you to have plenty of room and access to decorate any way you would like.

Pricing for Private Event Rentals

Studio Rental includes the entire 1200 sq ft space, use of any backdrops and all furniture.  Tables and chairs are not provided, if you need a recommendation from a rental company, we can assist you with that.  Two hour minimum is required.

Hourly rate $50

1/2 day (4 hours):  $200

Full day (8 hours): $400

FAQ for Private Event Rentals

Can I arrive early to setup?

Unfortunately no, we are not able to have you arrive early to set up.  Please factor in your setup and cleanup time when booking your appointment.

Is there a cleaning deposit?

There is a $150 cleaning deposit that will be refunded within 48 hours of your event as long as there was no damage to the property and the space was cleaned when you left it.

What is required for cleaning the space before we leave?
You will be required to clean up the space before you leave.  This includes throwing away all trash, wiping down all surfaces, making sure that any makeup residue has been removed.  Floors will need to be swept if necessary.
How many hours should I book?
When you are booking your time on the calendar – please make sure that you allow for your set up time and clean up time.  There will most likely be appointments before and after your time, so please be professional and courteous of others.
What happens if our event runs late?

Oh we get it… sometimes it’s tough to stop all the fun. However, we have other clients that utilize the space and to be respectful of everyone’s time, we ask that you have vacated the property at the end time of your reservation.  We will charge a $25 overage fee for every 15 minutes after your reservation time.
