Let me introduce you to Hailee, one of our 2018 Spokesmodels. Hailee is attending Burleson Centennial High School and will graduate Class of 2019. She brought along her sweet puppy Luna and we ROCKED out her session.
The light, the outfits, everything about this afternoon was fantastic.
Sometimes I have a vision in my mind. I have somethin
g that I want to create. I always ask my spokesmodels and their mommas to trust me. I’m so happy they did and I’m crazy in love with these images.
I love to hear what the kids on my team dream of. I’m always surprised by their answers. Hailee wants to have a career in forensics. I seriously can’t wait to see where this girls path leads her.
I also can’t wait to see the images we create this year. Hailee is on the drill team for Centennial and I love that I get to see a completely different version of her than the dance version. She’s stunning and has a beautiful little soul.
And really… can we just give a little love to Luna? She’s so sweet. She still had a puppy belly when we did Hailee’s shoot. LOVE!
Say Hello to Dallas! Dallas is one of our 2018 Spokesmodel Members. He’s mysterious, and quiet, and well… he’s really stinkin funny. I was lucky enough to photograph his sister’s senior pictures and I’m really excited that he is on the Spokesmodel Team this year.
Dallas has a look all his own and it absolutely suits who he is as a person and an artist. Dallas has dreams to be a music producer… FUN FACT: He already has a couple of deals going.
Dallas will graduate from Centennial High School, Burleson Texas in 2019 – and I absolutely can’t wait to shoot more with him over the coming year.
2017’s Most Popular Necklace
First off, I’m not even sure if chokers are considered necklaces. But they’re so popular, they deserve their own category anyways. Everywhere you go, you’re sure to spot a girl wearing a choker. Their popularity doesn’t waver between a typical highschool girl, to Kendall Jenner.
There’s no limit to the chokers you might find, & they can add so many different dimensions to your outfit. Sparkly, leather, long, velvet, thick, lace, or with charms- the possibilities of chokers are endless! You can wear them with anything. Here’s a few ways I like to wear chokers- enjoy! How do you wear them?

How do you wear them? We love to see the little details that our girls bring to their shoots… what will you wear?
Denna’s mom contacted me not long ago because she wanted to schedule a senior session for her daughter. She was put into my private group for women and “something” caused her to stick around and I’m so very glad that she did. We planned the session, they planned the wardrobe… and we PRAYED the weather would work out. Spring time in Texas… doesn’t always cooperate. However, the sun was beautifully shining and even though it was a little chilly… we rocked it out.
Denna had several ideas going into this session. One thing that her mom noted to me was that she just wanted to feel grown up. I get that, what senior girl doesn’t?? So, we brought in Lori to do hair and makeup. We traipsed around the Botanical Gardens and captured some beautiful images.
Sidenote: As we roll up to the Botanical Gardens, I hear VERY loud music as we get out of the car. I mean REALLY REALLY LOUD. I walk over to where our first location is going to be… and there is a wedding. I don’t mean, “oh isn’t that pretty a sweet little wedding”… I mean a full blown Indian wedding that took up the entire garden we planned to use. I begged and pleaded with the security person that I really just needed that one little corner… over there, behind everyone, not in the way… just.right.over.there. Nope! So, new plan! On to other areas.
OK – back to Denna. She had several things planned and one of them was this beautiful flower crown. It was beautiful and Denna made it herself. LOVE that.
Her mom joked that Denna has several tiaras… I looked at Denna and we both smiled, EVERY girl is a princess and should have tiaras.
While we may have frozen during her session – I’m so thankful to have been the person that Denna and her mom chose as her senior photographer. Every session that I shoot, my goal is to make sure each senior feels incredible when they leave and that they love their images. Denna, you are headed off to Dallas Baptist University in the fall. I can’t wait to see all the things that you accomplish. You are a beautiful girl

Sweet Emily is graduating this year from Burleson Centennial High School. We’ve been planning her senior session for what seems like months! I was so excited that the weather cooperated for the most part… but MAN was it windy!
She’s got eyes that could quite possibly stop you in your tracks. She’s a gorgeous girl and I know she’s going to take the world by storm.
Emily brought along her family to the session… it was kinda like she had her own fans, and maybe they are. I think they might be her biggest fans!
Congrats Emily on your upcoming graduation – I can’t wait to see what the world has in store for you!
